An online search for a Husqvarna 455 Rancher chainsaw turned up this website with the best price. I ordered the saw on 10/31/19 and paid for it online thru their website. On 11/1/19 my account was debited for the full amount due on the saw. No receipt was sent to my email as stated when I made the purchase. I have received no tracking information for shipping via FedEx as stated thru their website and I have received no responses to messages I have sent via their website contact page. On 11/13/19 I requested a full refund due to no product being sent. Again, no response!
