Friend provided web contact through which I text for info concerning buying puppy. After agreeing on puppy available; was instructed to send $250 downpayment which I foolishly did. Contact person was very specific that money be send in Paypals "pay family & friends" knowing there would be no recourse to get $ back. Agreed upon delivery date of by plane on Monday 12/13..No contact after that; no delivery. Contacted me today 12/14 saying he wanted to ship dog - asked for downpayment back and so far he has disappeared again.
