This company is targeting the elderly with their PureCare eWatch. They offer you a 30 day money back guarantee but there is no information on how to return the item. Fraud. Additionally, the instructions state that there is supposed to be a charging cable. No charging cable came with my item. When I wrote an email to customer service explaining that the charging cable was not included. They responded that there is a USB that they want you to use in your personal computer to charge. I believe this is a way to steal your personal information and identity.
