They told me i the transaction wasn't completed they would refund me 100%. I tried contacting them again, and they told me they spent my money and that they wouldn't refund me. They said the best way for payment was through CashApp, since they can refund me if the business is sketchy. Still waiting for CashApp to refund me or contact me..
