I ordered 2 products on what was described in the ad as 'free' for the product, I just paid shipping & handling for $4.95 & $4.99 each. In addition to the 2 products I ordered was another product that I did not want and I was charged $24.95. I called the very next day and explained that I did not order the third product and was told it was already shipped, that I would have to call for return & refund when I received the package. I ordered on 11/6, product shipped on 11/7, received on 11/12 and on 11/20 I was charged $79.95 & on 11/21 $69.95 to my credit card. When I called the company on 11/21, I was told the product was free for only a 2 week trial and since I did not call to cancel, I was being charged. I tried to explain that I have not had the product for 2 weeks, and I did not authorize additional charges on my card but was repeatedly cut off by the representative. This company misrepresents the offer as being free and implies that you have 2 weeks to try the products when in truth, delivery time prevents user from having the entire 2 weeks. The charges are then billed 14 days after order date without regard to shipping & delivery time. I am working with my bank to dispute the charges.
