I ordered a free sample for the cost of S&H and now I have 3 charges. 2 charges for $98.97, and one for $99.95 and I never ordered anything else from them. I can't find any company info to get ahold of them to stop this. I can't afford to keep getting charged. HELP

Same thing happened to me. I don’t understand how this people are still in business. They should be closed. They are scamming people and nobody can do anything? I tried to contest the charges but my credit card company couldn’t do anything. I contacted the BBB, they contacted the company but Pure Luxe never responded so here I am. I lost the money and this people still doing the same thing. I am sorry this happened to you. I hope other customers read these reviews before buying from this company.

I ordered a free sample then 2 weeks later another box came then 2 weeks later another! They have charged my card $90 3 times. There is no website and no telephone number! The number provided as customer service is a number that is linked to a 3rd party selling company that DOES NOT SELL THEIR PRODUCT! they keep changing product name and business names! This is bs! Scammers!

Trial sample of eye cream and skin cream. PUREluxe. Haven't even use the other samples. (*Not 100% SURE...they are charging me for the eye cream I just received!) I was offered the products for the cost of shipping only for filling out a UPS delivery customer survey. My bank caught their first charge to my account of almost $90 and notified me immediately. Thank goodness. I've taken further steps since then but the word needs to be put out about these noodle heads and their scam attacks. It came up as a company called JOST out of Florida.

Free trial just pay for freight. Received a charge on my checking account of $89.29 for each sample & they tried to collect 4 times but my bank only paid once. My bank notified me of a possible fraud alert, so I contacted my bank right away. They told me to contact Domino Eye Serumj, Joy/Pure Luxe Skin Cream & gave me the phone number which I immediately did. They told me this was not a free trial actually & I had to pay for both samples. He said he was in the Philippines & that I had checked a box for reoccurring shipments, which I did not. I told him that I could not use the product that it was damaging to my skin & when I looked for a return address, there was no packing slip or any paperwork at all included with the samples & he agreed. He said this was non returnable ¬ really a sample & I had to pay for the product. When I tried looking up information on the company, I could find no address or telephone number. It looks like they change the info each day even the name of their product for their free trial form.
