I purchased a pair of shoes from your company. I wanted to return them but my email requests were ignored. I would appreciate a response. The invoice ## is8acc1f2a6337027084e3cfa66473bb6b..I know this is past the 30 day return period, however this has been very frustrating to deal with.

Clicked link through Facebook bring you to official looking website. Items full price. Product wasn't shipped at first till I made complaint with PayPal then was shipped received incorrect item. Another complaint with PayPal was made and still pending they want me to pay return shipping costs of more then the shoes to refund or exchange. Come to find out not actually official rothy's shoes and I sent fraud information to them.
