Saw an add for CBD gummies, and they were listed at a great price-buy 3 get 2 free, at about $37 a bottle. When I placed my order, all of sudden, I'm being charged almost $300! I immediately called to cancel my order. I was informed that their shipping was so efficient, it was too late to order, less than 15 min after I'd placed the order. After a lot of back and forth, with extremely rude 'customer service' people, I was told that once I got my order, I could return it, and pay a 10% restocking fee. They did refund me some money as I said that 3 bottles at $37 is not almost $300!! I placed the order on March 11, and as I continued to reach out about my order, I was told that shipping everywhere was delayed, and I should wait. Another week, and I contact again, and was given a DHL number that continued to say March 22, at shipping facility. On April 11, I sent another email stating that it has been a MONTH since placing my order, and nothing else I'd ordered online has taken more than 2 weeks. I contacted them again, asking for the rest of my money, and was told to give it a few more days with the holiday. I did contact them again on Monday, April 18 and demanded my money back. I was issued a refund and they asked that I send the product back "when it arrives". I highly doubt it was even sent out. This is a third party that sells Pure Kana's best selling gummies. I reached out to them and was told that they have had a lot of the same issues. This could be a great product, but this third party seems to be a scam.
