Exact same thing just happened to me. They claimed the product had already shipped so the could not cancel. THEY LIED! I just received tracking (for item I did not order) and it shipped a day after I cancelled which was 2 days after they charged my credit card. How are they allowed to do this?

They offer a free trial bottle of CBD OIl for $4.95 (cost of shipping). Upon check out, they make it so you have to select a cream as well. Then in 14 days, they charge $94.92 for the oil and $84.92 for the cream. They send an email confirmation of your subscription order, and when you call to cancel the subscription they say they are canceling the subscription but not the charge due to their terms and services.

I argued that their ad was misleading and false - and they argue their terms and services (which are buried) say otherwise. Also, upon check out they have a guarantee that you may return the product for ANY reason for a 100% money back guarantee - but on the phone they say the product must be unopened. They are completely unethical and bullies.

They eventually gave me 75% of my money back - but I am still out $44. I am fighting the remainder of the charges with my credit card company and am canceling my card because I will not be surprised if they scam that, too.

They initially used Snoop Dogg as an endorser, though I cannot find that endorsement anywhere now.
