They claim it is a free trial and then start charging you $90/bottle. The product comes with no receipt, no listed fees, no contact information. When you do find the phone number on bottle in very fine print, they will not let you speak to a manager. There is no company name to be found on bottles, packing slip or anywhere! I was told the managers were busy, at lunch and in a meeting. I was hung up on by two people. They kept putting me on hold and coming back stating that they could refund partial amounts. When I insisted that I wanted a full refund and did not want to hassle with the cost or inconvenience of sending it back and that it was a scam and that I was going to report it to the BBB, the last lady claimed that she had gotten permission to give me a full refund, hoping that will really happen! Such a frustrating situation! Definitely a scam! This place needs to be shut down!

I ordered their product and had an allergic reaction to it, I proceeded to cancel the product a day after I received it. Two weeks later they charged my account $80.00. When I called in to asked why I had been charged they said I had not cancelled and there was nothing in my account notes saying I had called in previously to cancel. They refuse to give me my money back, saying they have to go by the account notes and since(according to their notes) I had not cancelled before the two weeks they cannot give me my money back.
