I had tried to purchase a serum which was a trial offer for $4.99 I was sent a different product and called to cancel then they sent me another product which was still the wrong product I called them again and told them to stop sending me things and to cancel the trial that I originally paid the $4.99 for. That was back on May 5th 2020 was my original purchase date. So not only did they send me to sample products that were not what I ordered in the first place but they then hit my credit card for $90.76 for what they called a subscription even though I had called five times now at this point to cancel whatever it is that they were trying to do considering they couldn't even send me my original product that I had ordered. I called customer service for the 6th time to dispute the fact that they charged me $90.76 for absolutely nothing because I have nothing from them Not only was I met with rude nastiness but also was threatened that I will not get a refund of my money and if I already started a dispute with my bank that it will not be in my favor the gentleman's name was Joe his ID is 900203. This place is a scam not only did they not send me the item of trial sized skin serum that I had ordered but they now have hit me with almost $100 and can't even tell me what my subscription is for DNA test results. Shame on this company and shame on every person that works for them because everybody there is obviously aware that they are a company that steals and lies not to mention they are the most rude set of people I have ever talked to but I guess that goes hand-in-hand with thieves.

I ordered this product under the guise that it was a free trial and you pay shipping costs. I then began to get the product and was being charged for it. After getting the second shipment, I called them to cancel it and discovered I was being charged 89.95 for the product, which was not advertised online. I was told I had to cancel the product after 14 days of initial free trial or would be charged (read the fine print). They would not allow me to return the first shipment, as I was told it was past 30 days. I was told that they could refund me half the money on the second shipment, and I could keep the product as was this was their policy. After getting off the phone with them, I went to the website and read the policy, and this was not part of the policy. I called back and told them this and was then told that I could return the product and get the rest of the money back but would have to get a RMA # and then a tracking number and would have to call them back in a few days to make sure they received the product using the tracking number. I was also told there would be a $15 restocking fee, so I would only get back $74.95. By this point I said okay, because I was so frustrated with trying to get this corrected and it was the principle of it. I called back a week or two later to make sure they received the product and they had but had not refunded the rest of my money until this last call. It should not be this hard to return a product. The money should be returned without me calling them back once they received the product. The product was not all that great, and I ended up being out a lot of money and hassle. DON'T BUY from this company!!!

This skin care line is a scam. Starting with fake celebrity associations to a completely unclear contract which locked me in and continued to charge me although I called to cancel.
