I received a notice of a free gift. If i didactic surgery to help the postal service. I could pick from 5 gifts and I only had to pay shipping.. I read all the fine print and I proceeded. About a week passed and I received the product. Pure dietary keto 60 capsule bottle. Then about 2 weeks after that I received a notice from my bank of a $91.00 purchase. I clicked and called the web site.. it kept taking me to another site max advantage strength.com. I finally got into with someone was informed that it could not get my money back. That it was an 18 day trial and I was to call and cancel to not be charged.. I told them I’ve did not read that... that I’ve would not have participated of it knew that. I protested then they said they would do $23 Refund. I continued to protest and the offered a $35.98 refund. I asked what the return policy was if I could return the product. I asked speak to a manager, they would not connect me. I asked what the actual name of the business was, because the what showed up on my bank statement was a unknown site. She avoided my question. I told them I’ve was going to contact the BBB, and I need my money back. Then I was mysteriously disconnected!!! I am still trying to reach them and get my money back.
