Bought a phone from Walmart. A”sales rep” for T-mobile and AT&T offered a deal for a Galaxy A16 5g phone for $50.00 out the door, no strings attached, no deposit, no contract, 1st month of service free because it was a PREPAID phone. He told me the phone would be mine and unlocked. On March 23rd, I tried to add an eSIM card for mint mobile, I had contacted T-mobile and they transferred his number and everything over at that time to mint, and it said the phone was locked. I then contacted t-mobile and explained the problem. They told me that phone was a “contract” phone and that I was scammed to contact Walmart and try to talk to the guy who sold it to me, which I did call. I was told by another sales rep for the same company that the guy who sold me the phone, his name is Cole, was at another location. He was rude and acted like I was wasting his time. He kept saying he can’t unlock the phone, laughed about it and then told me to bring the phone back but I WOULD NOT get my money back. He never offered to help me fix the problem or offer to contact someone who would. I then tried to call Walmart again and talk to management to let them know what was going on in their store but I got hung up on twice and the third time it rang 18 times and no one would answer. I gave 2 witnesses that was with me the day I got the phone and they both heard Cole say no contract and no deposit. It was a straight sell out the door and the phone would belong to me no strings attached, meaning unlocked and ready to switch service.

Tried to order an article of clothing. Ordered through a third party pay site so my info was not compromised. Card was charged. Product never delivered. No Shipping or Tracking info. No customer service options on the website work.

The website ShadeBeach was sponsored on a Google search for the Shibumi shade. The website stated that they were selling this particular shade for $129.99. After I purchased the product and received a confirmation email from [email protected], I attempted to clicked on their provided tracking order link and received website errors. I attempted to email the company with their provided email, support.shadebeach.com and received an error stating it is not a valid email address. My bank account has a pending transaction under the name of Thomas Sween in Florida.

There was an add on face book 6/10/24 for a summer sale. The website seemed legit and had alot of kids and baby clothes for discounted prices. I place an order and a month later have not recieved my package. Even though the track718.com said he was coming . I reached out via email and someone responded back from the "customer service team". I reached out again and havent heared back, also the link to the summer sale is gone and so is the website. I thought Facebook was better than speading Fake websites, i guessed wrong.

They posed as Rue21 doing a final closeout sale on Instagram and it looked believable at first because I knew that they were going out of business rather quickly. Everything on the website, which at the time had a rue21 domain, was $1.99 which was far too good to be true. I purchased the items and wasn't until the next day that I received a tracking number and summary of my order via email. When I went to click on the "View Our Store" button, the website that appeared had a 404 error on it. The tracking website used was Track718. It had been about a month when I decided to email when it still had not arrived, though it was still being tracked. Once it said delivered, I never got the package. I'm now emailing them back and forth to request a refund, that I will also probably not receive.

On my 23rd 2024 I contacted Ladi Jerimiah on Facebook messenger to inquire about hair services provided. We discussed what would best fit my needs and a decision was made. Upon the decision I was requested to send $120 via cashapp to Fatmata M Musa. Once money was sent I was thank for my patronage and that was it. On June 10th 2024 I reached out to get an update and tracking number of when I would receive the product. I was told she would check. On June 11th I reached out again and was told later that evening that the product would be sent to my address given on the following Tuesday and the confirmation number would be sent. I was then asked if I wanted a return and I declined and preferred to wait until the following Tuesday to see if I would receive it. In June 11th later that day after no response I requested a refund on cash app from Fatmata M Musa and received a decline later the next week. June 13th, June 18th I reached back out via Facebook and no response. On June 19th 2024, I received a voicemail from +2349068168482 stating the product would be received on 6/25. I have yet to receive the product and made a request to the cashapp for a refund and gotten no response. I have still not received the product.

After seeing an instagram ad for a cute teacher gift book pop-up a few times, I purchased the book as a gift for my daughter's teacher on June 4, 2024 and paid expedited shipping guaranteeing 1-3 business days. As soon as I got the tracking info that said this was coming from Croatia, I knew the expedited shipping was a lie and started asking for my money back. It is now June 25th...it has been 21 days and I still haven't received the product (which i no longer need). I have asked for a refund repeatedly as I was lied to with the shipping. I've been given generic apologies each time and told to just try out the product because they're sure I'll like it. I don't need to try out a teacher gift book that I no longer need and that I still don't even have in my possession. I have asked for a phone # several times as there isn't one on their website and that request is (not surprisingly) ignored. I would like to stop other people from being robbed by this fake company.

I paid $40.49 for a jewelry cabinet with free shipping on May 25, 2024. I received a confirmation email with two links to view my order or visit the store, but neither of the links worked. I then emailed the company with a question concerning when my purchase would be delivered. I received no response. I emailed a second time to ask if they planned to send the merchandise, and they also did not respond. I contacted my banking institution to ask for a stop payment as I believe the entire operation is a scam.

I was looking to purchase a 5x8 utility trailer. I use "Afterpay" for some of my purchases. I never, clicked place an order, but received an email from Afterpay, stating my order was received, and payment would be made. Ive tried finding this bogus company, with no luck

I placed an order to purchase tax software for $23.99 but was charged $29.99. Once I noticed that the transaction was incorrect I emailed the company to cancel my order. However, the company immediately charged my debit card for another transaction of $129.99 which was never authorized. I emailed them again, asking for a refund or cancellation but they did not respond. I tried calling them from the number listed on their contact information but the number was disconnected. My next steps were to inform my bank and replace my debit which is a major inconvenience. These websites should not exist! Please take action immediately to help protect consumers!

I came across the website which seemed legit, and contacted them, they then started to send text msgs and telling me how I needed to pay, once i payed they sent a fake tracking number for me to track thru xpresscargologisticsltd.com, they then reached out to me to say that they was having a special and the offer was only valid for that day to receive more products, so i paid, then at the end they told me I had to pay 600 more dollars before I could receive the product which they told me nothing about this in the beginning, so when I called a few weeks later to ask them "Do they just sit online and scam people", I was told "**** You" and he hung up the phone and never answered anymore of my calls.

Made several attempt to contact the merchant via phone number, email, and Facebook. I made a purchase on March 7, 2024 for a total of $244.38. The merchant did not send me a receipt. I am currently working with my back to have this action disputed. Unfortunately, my bank is asking for a receipt. To prove my request, I made a similar purchase on April 4, 2024 for a total of $212.50. This time, I received a receipt however, as of this date, I do not have my purchased item. I bought an ornament holder in December 2023 and never received it. First, the item was delivered to the wrong address they claim, then I asked for a refund and they asked to resend it to me and I said no I do not want to resend. I want to refund. After many emails back-and-forth, they still have not resent me a refund and keep ignoring my request.
