I was in the market for a keto vitamin. Ended up on buyketology.com. That were running a trial deal for a bottle for $39/each. I placed an order for (3) bottles. Within seconds of placing the order i got an email order confirmation for (5) bottles totaling $199.99. I responded to the email wanting to cancel the order & I did not want any of their product. At the time it was just because of the wrong charge on the card. About 3 minutes later I received another order confirmation for $59.99 for i don't even know what. By now, I realize I've been scammed. I respond to that email as well wanting to cancel. I found a phone number online for them & called roughly 5 times before talking to someone. They stuck to their story that they did nothing wrong, they would not cancel my order or refund me. They said I had to wait on the product & return it for a refund. I'm pretty pissed by now. So I received the product & immediately take it to the UPS store & have it next day air to them. (getting an address for a return was a huge headache as well). I never opened the package. That cost me $20 roughly. After a week I called them because my tracking number said it was delivered. They denied it at first. I called the next day & gave them a confirmation number that they did receive it. They then said they would refund me my money minus a $10 stocking fee. I'm even more pissed at this point but relieved that i was getting most of my money back. So now its been 39 days since they claim they refunded me. I've emailed them some pretty aggressive emails roughly 40 times. I've made it my daily routine. I've contacted my bank 4 times now. They have no trace of any transactions from them or the amount. I have a fraud claim open with my bank, but they have pretty much said I'll never see that money. So be warned, this buyketology website is 100% scam. I've threatened them with blasting them on social media, reporting to BBB, filing a police report for thief, etc. They don't care. All they say is "Sir, the refund transaction shows complete in our system. There must be something wrong at your bank. There is nothing further we can do but I will escalate it to our finance department". They claim to be a 3rd party billing facility that handles tons of different business's transactions. So i can't actually talk to buyketology.com. It's ALL a scam. Do not buy from them. I wouldn't even get on their website. Beware, they are some dirty thieves. ** ****** **** ***** * ***** ** ****** *****  The number is either 888-436-5084 or 833-202-3828. **** **** ** **** ** *** *** ****** ** *******  These people cost me roughly $280 & countless hours on the phone.
