Tried to buy a product in late September, recieved email Oct 1 that my order has been shipped and should arrive in 12-20 business days, a tracking number was included. It is now day 50, with tracking still saying the product is in China. I have received the run around from them ever since and refuse to refund my money.

They have all over social media Ads about their health and beauty products. You will make the purchase but they won't give you tracking info, after sending them complain emails because there's no phone they will automatically send you an email saying it's takes time, after that they'll give you a fake Tracking number.
