I got a email from one of their so called agents saying I needed to send 600 to hold a puppy they had. I asked him his location he said San Diego do I said well can I send a friend to look at the puppy? He said sure and gave me an address but he said I still would have to send a deposit. I gave my friend the address and turns out there are no dogs there. So terrible that people are doing this . He contacted me for. The puppy spot website

I am another person scammed by Puppy Spot.

I was promised a pup on May 12 after paying 4,000. Now they are telling me another month!

I was promised pictures ever 2 week and that didn’t happen either.

They never try to help in my concerns.

So now I’m thinking I was scammed and I wrote them a few times and they ignored my concerns!

I guess I have to fight to get my money back.

I went on the www.puppies-spot.com and was looking for a puppy. The chat function came on and I was chatting with an agent. The price for the puppy was $499 for one puppy and $799 for two. The price was a delivered price that came with an airline approved crate. Once I sent the funds, I received an invoice from American Air Carriers for $1,800 to $2,500 for a crate rental. They said because the puppy was so young they had to use a special crate and that it was refundable once the puppy arrived at my house. I send the first $1,800 and then they told me that I need to send another $1,800 for the second dog. At this point I didn't have any money to send and I told them I wanted a refund for the crate rental charges because I didn't use the crate and they still had it. They stopped answering my phone calls and emails at that point.

I then asked puppies-spot for a refund of the $799 and they said it is not refundable because I didn't fulfill my contract as stated in their terms and conditions. Nothing in the terms or conditions says I would need a special crate. This is a SCAM.
