Transportation of a puppy. Paid 1200 for insurance on the puppy, 1800 for a crate that was to be refunded, and 900 for a dog psychiatrist that I did not give permission to use. This started the Monday before thanksgiving. Told the puppy was transported with a sick dog, they had the psychiatrist check the puppy and she was diagnosed with depression. On Thanksgiving the puppy was attacked by another dog and this company could not release the puppy to me unless I paid another 1500 which I did not pay. After the vet checked the puppy she had to be held at their facility for 10 days. The new delivery date was now December 14. I was contacted on the 14th and told that I owed 1500 more for a vet bill which I did not pay. As of today, January 2, 2023. This company asked me not to say anything to anyone about the attack on this supposed puppy. I have all correspondence saved on my computer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR SUBSIDIARIES. THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE.
