The man asked for $250 for the transfer of medical/vet records and microchipping. That was sent by Paypal, the business then sent an application that we filled out. He asked for another $200 which I sent by Paypal. He wanted another $200 for the remaining price but when we contacted the shipper, Horizon Shipments, we knew it was a scam when they wanted another $700 to ship the puppy and they wanted it in gift cards and cryptocurrency. He also used the email address [email protected]
