I have been interested in purchasing a dog for my daughter. On May 31, 2021 I came across Mr. Trevore Forman's(The name he gave me)Instagram page, which is @puppies_home_daily_paws. The page looks like a business page that sells Yorkies, the exact dog I was looking for? I communicated with Mr. Trevor via Instagram messenger to discuss the purchase of a puppy. He informed me that he had the dog I wanted, and it was $700 for puppy. He also informed me that he only receives payment via Apple Pay. The Apple Pay number he gave me was (225)776-3247 to send the $700. Then he told me that he was taking my dog to the US PET TRANSPORTSTION AGENCY, which would cost me another $980 for the insurance and $750 for the crate. He instructed me to send the $980n and the $750 via Apple Pay to (301)832-4239. Lastly, he informed me that I have to make one more payment in the amount of $520 for the dog to have a COVID Test at the Airport via Apple Pay to (909)649-1642. This was my first time making a purchase through a social media business account. I was able to trace the phone number (225)776-3247 to an Andrew Mosher, who resides in Houston, TX. After sending payments, I was blocked from the numbers and Instagram Account. I've made several attempts to reach out to the person I was in communication with, to no avail. I'm very hurt that someone would take advantage of me trying to provide a sweet gift to my daughter. Anything you can do to help me find this scammer to return my money would be beyond appreciated. I also have all of my texts and transactions I've made to them.
