I wanted a puppy as a part of my family and wanted to buy online because of COVID-19. At first when you go to the website and they have a chat box. Once you tell them your requests, then they will ask for some info like name and name of puppy you want. There is a phone number on the website which you call and if they don’t answer, the voicemail greeting also say Puppies Stair which seemed pretty legit and some customer reviews on their website. I by mistakenly did fell for it. I transferred money $400 through Zelle app as they have only two options, Cash App or Zelle. DO NOT pay money from Zelle Venmo or cash app. Ask them if they accept credit cards or PayPal if you are buying anything online.This is the puppy scam!! They take the deposit money and then block your number and I think they block your IP address also from their website. Please go to the local breeder to buy puppies and DO not buy from this website. This is the first complaint through this website. And I believe they have multiple websites that they are scamming people with.
