I have seen multiple times an Instagram ad pop up for PupClue and their products. I have three dogs so I purchased three of their products called lick pads. I received a confirmation email about the order. The money was taken out. Over a week went by and I received no information on my order shipping so I went to the website and found a way to contact them by email. I had emailed them my concern. Never received an answer for another week. Emailed them a second time saying if I did not receive any form of response I would report them. Still no response. I know a few days later I received an email of my items being shipped. However, now no such emails are found. Neither the confirmation nor the shipping. I save every single email from a purchase I make. I’m worried they somehow deleted the email through hacking into my personal information. No refund and no product. No explanation. Nothing. The website seems fairly fine however it is broad and vague. Could easily be a front for a scam and I hope no one else falls into this trap. They also have no other presence other than their website. Nothing.
