On April 30, 2020, I placed an order with Puno Store as follows:
Oakland Raiders B091093 Bedding Set - Quilt Cover + FlatSheet + 2 Pillow Cases, Queen
$109.95 + Shipping $4.99
Payment Method. PayPal (Visa) Toto’s:$114.94 charged to my Visa card on April 30, 2020
I have been sending emails messages for over two weeks. Today, I attempted to send email messages regarding the status of my order and I got error messages as follows “Please submit again “
I feel this is a scamming store. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you

Ordered a comforter on 4/29/19. Received no order number or tracking number or comforter...they do not respond to any emails. The email is fake...they use another one that’s [email protected] which is a scam company. The address seems to be bogus as well...it has fake reviews on the site as well.
