Scammer sends a debt collection notice to an 18 year old about an overdue payment to their doctor's office. When the doctor's office was called, they said that they do not use any collection agency, and the account is paid in full. When I tried to contact the collection agency, they do not answer the phone, have no website, have no email listed on the bill. I left a message (via phone) asking them to stop with the collection notifications, but they continue to send a new notice (accruing interest) every quarter.
