Pug Puppy Ranch Reports & Reviews (7)

Same as above emails back and forth, asked for money up front contract and email seemed a bit off, i did some research and found this forum before i put deposit money down please be careful as there are people out there that do things like this

Thank you for posting this, we may have been victims if it weren't for your message. We have been looking everywhere for pug puppies for months and have not had much luck. We live in Tucson, AZ and would love any advice if you had any luck on a decently priced pug puppy that is legit.

Wow, I should have read this before I tried to get my little girl her dream pug. I want to call the today show and Ellen, and put on the nightly news to warn everyone about this particular pug puppy scammer. They actually communicate well, keep in touch and have a legitimate contract which I am taking to FBI because this is truly a felony. If anyone wants to be apart of this that has got scammed by Bryan just respond here. I lost over $500.00 and then the shippers wanted more money I feel stupid and so angry that people are so evil in a time like this where every penny counts. Poor animals getting a reputation like this.

I have been looking online for a new pug puppy and came across the Pug Puppy Ranch site. I inquired about 12 wk old puppy named Lela through the email contact portion on the site. After multiple emails back and forth and texts from the phone number listed on the site I was asked several questions about my history with this breed, dogs, etc. I was then sent a contract, stating that the dog was $750. which included her shipping. I signed the contract and scanned a copy and sent it back. Next step was payment: only options they offered were Cash App, Zelle (which I stupidly assumed would be safe bc it was through my bank who is insured for fraud), or Western Union. I opted to use Zelle since I thought it would be insured. I was only able to pay $500 of the $750 through Zelle. After I sent the money it was like pulling teeth to get any response on next steps and no one would answer any of the phone numbers listed on the site. I finally got an email back saying they were short handed and they were so sorry. At that point I asked for my money back because I had bad feelings about how they were conducting business after taking my money. They agreed in multiple emails to send my money back by the end of the day and I have heard nothing since. I have filed a police report with my local authorities and notified my bank but have no resolution yet. I would like to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I am not a rich person and my pets are my children and these people stole $500 from me which is a FELONY. Please DO NOT ever attempt to do business with these people it is a SCAM.

This business seemed very credible, even had a clause in the contract referring to covid regarding the shipment of the puppy, I got very far in the process, I printed the contract and then asked for a fax number to send the contract. “Braryn” replied no fax just send it back, I asked how to do that I did not have a scanner available, and got a very vaguely response about taking a pic of it. I thought what kind of business does not have a fax? I realize it is kind of old school but when dealing with things like this it should. I did some research and found these other complaints, screen shot them and sent it to him asking are you a credible breeder? Never heard back! Thank you for those who post these I’m sorry for what happened to you, but you saved me some money and heartache!

Researched pug adoption website and came across the pug puppy ranch. The site had people giving testimonials and seemed legit. I emailed back and forth with the breeder and he asked good questions about my own home and why I was looking into pugs. When it got time to discuss the delivery he asked for all the money up front ($950) which I did not feel comfortable doing. I reverse searched the images on his website and found that he had stolen all of them from other pug owners claiming to be his own. Appears he is scamming people for their money in hopes that they will be getting a dog.
