Ordered 2 blankets, I think it was around $30. Same as everyone else, I emailed a bunch of times with no response. No blankets or refund.

I purchased two blankets and never got them. I got a notice that one was shipped the day I placed the order but never got tracking info and didn't get any info on 2nd order. I have sent emails to the support email provided and never heard back.

Facebook add saying pay shipping and got free so I orders 2 sets and then extra pillows anyways over $90 gone never got and email back or the sets they scamed me... [email protected] so me and my kids where out that money and did not get there blankets and pillows for christmas pertty sad as we fell for that scam we dont have alot of money and live on next to nothing I have 4 children and 2 of them are very upset that there brothers got nice sets for there rooms from walmart and it did not have enough to get them theres as I was scammed out of the money I saved up to get them :(...

There was a ad posted by Puffily on Facebook stating free blanket as long as you pay $20 shipping fee. They posted this back in March, and I purchased the shipping in hopes of receiving the blanket. I was never sent tracking or and order number and now it is 8 months later and I have yet to receive the blanket. They have a customer service area but you will never get a response. I’m submitting this claim because their website is still up and I don’t want other people to be scammed.

I ordered a king sized blanket and only paid shipping per the advertisement on March 31 in the amount of 19.78. It has been over a month and I have emailed the company multiple times about my order and did not receive a response. Their website states that they reply within 7 days and I have not received anything in almost two months after multiple messages.

The company showed up as a sponsored ad on my Facebook feed, and I thought my daughters would absolutely love the blankets. So I placed the order for two blankets on March 25th. A couple days later I received notification that my package has been shipped and since then I have sent multiple emails to the company and have not received any answers. My credit card has been charged for my order and I have not received anything. I checked out the business online and found almost zero information on them, and their Facebook page is full of negative reviews with people complaining they had been scammed, just like I had been.
