I am reach out because since I have received my puffco item from the Black Friday sale, I have not been able to use it in its full functional form. I was patient with the shipping because there was a delay. I received the item on December 7th and reach out about its issues right away to make sure I beat the holiday rush because the puffco item needed to be sent in for warranty. It took me two weeks to finally be taken seriously and issued a 2 day delivery mail slip to send my puffco item in which I did on Saturday December 17th. I reach out on the 22nd to let you know I sent the puffco item and also on the 23rd and still No communication on if it had even been received. It is was December 28th, and I reached out on Tuesday 27th and had not heard back. So I sent another message to reach out. I have heard nothing. It is now January 4th and I am worried I won’t even hear back. I have waited out the holiday season and still no feedback on even if they have received my item. They have a 3 day turn around and they must email you once they have received the item which nothing has been done. I have no where else to go. Please help.
