I initially saw the ad on Instagram for an autumn wreath. I checked it out and the seller seemed to have a legitimate website. I ordered from them using PayPal and waited over 30 days to receive my order - when they estimated 2 to 20 days in the US. The product was nothing like what was advertised. The materials, size, color, everything about the wreath - but especially the picture of what the product was supposed to be was different. The seller is offering to let me keep the product with a 10 percent refund. I do not want the product at all. I cannot find the seller or ad on Instagram to report the fraud. They are very tricky and I have found at least four other websites selling this same wreath. Its a bait and switch scam. Beware.
