I was contacted about 1 P.M. Wednesday, 21 October 2020 by a person calling himself **** Jansen. He insisted he was calling from Publishers Clearing House, and that I was a winner. When I challenged him that that company does not phone winners, but show up at the door, he had a slick presentation prepared. He indicated those door surprises had to be set up ahead of time, and phone calls were the medium to do that. He told me Steve Harvey would be the presenter, and there would be an attorney present also. He was careful to specify a time I would be home for the presentation. He even gave me the choice of a Public presentation, or Private! When questions started getting to be too personal, he became amazed that I wouldn't follow through to get the prize! More than amazed... indignant! He even made a point that he had not asked for bank accounts or anything like that. But, he did sent me an email with a 17 page download he wanted me to print out right away. My email provider marked it as dangerous, with red! I told him that, then he suggested I email him at "publishersclearinghouse@gmail.com" with just a word. His second email escaped the censure of my system, and of course, I was supposed to open and print the document right away. That's when I said, "No!". He then became almost outraged that I wouldn't.
