They offered to publish my book and I signed a contract that entitles me to 100% money back guarantee and 100% ownership to the rights to my work if I am not satisfied. I requested a refund 25 business days ago and now they are ignoring my calls texts and emails. There are a lot of other dissatisfied clients that wrote reviews on trustpilot as well some dating back to a couple years ago who have also come forward about excel book writing company scamming them and refusing a refund and ignoring their calls and emails.
