PCH employee imposter, Dave, called in June 2021 to inform me that I won the $2.5M PCH sweepstakes and in order to collect my winnings, I had to pay the taxes upfront. I mailed $8,500 cash in June 2021. I then received a winner's packet in the mail that included a letter from the ScamPulse.com (see attachment.) From June to September 2021, Dave continued to call me and require more and more money to get my winnings, I mailed him cash 14 times.
