Received a phone message from Publisher's Sweepstakes and Winstar ( I think ) International.

The recording gave me a claim number and told me to call 516 888 0497 to arrange delivery of the prize ( money and a car).

I did not call.

They used Publisher's Clearing House address 101 Winner's Circle, 101 Jericho.

I became suspicious.

Said that if I would pay them $135.00 up front by credit card then would come to my home that they would then bring me $5000.00, I told them that I felt it was a scam. The man never said another word, and thats when he hung the phone up.
