A man left a voicemail identifying himself as PCH. Our caller said that she had to pay $800 before they could deliver a car. She had submitted an entry with her post office solicitation for the PCH.

I received a call from Michael Culler 516-400-8656 stating I won $2.5 million and a new Lincoln vehicle from Publishers Clearing House. He told me all this good stuff about me winning and bringing the roses and being on TV and then he asked me for $945 in a money order because of the State to State fees. He gave me the number to the US Treasury 516-400-6349 and I called it and they answered US Treasury but the lady said she didn't have time to talk to me. I knew it was a scam all along but I hung up.

Asked if I wanted to receive my winnings from Publisher's clearing house today, I said sure and then they disconnected.

Call from James Cashwell (very poor English) claimed to be CEO of told me to send $998.00 via Western Union to pick up the first $5,000 of the winnings, then I would be  instructed to drive to another location at another location.

caller ID  said Bington, NY

866-290-5400 Opt 2

Won 1.5MIl $5,000 payable each week.

Mr. Cashwell  stated the money was supposed to go into the following account:

Checking ***

instructed to call 846-574-8959 and say "yes".  Another number given was 607-821-3894.

I spoke to Michael Anderson. He said he was with Publishers Clearing House. He said I had $2.5 and a 2016 Mercedes Benz. He said I needed to register and do a Walmert to Walmart for $299 to pay for taxes. I should send the money to Leo Bartlow in Chicago with the U S Treasury Department. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was connected to Dave Sayers and his phone number 18768931274.

The Publishers Clearing House called and said I won $5.5 million and a Mercedez-Benz. I was told in order to collect the money I had to go to Walmart and buy insurance for the money and the car. Mark Flemings phone number is 8765921596 and he is the main guy.
