On Friday March 17, 2023, I received a call from Bruce Maxwell who said I had won Publisher's Clearing House; $4.5 million.  He was very low key, did not ask me to pay any money. He did want me to go to my bank and open a savings account; call him back and give him the account number.  They would deposit $500,000 in the savings account and the remainder would be delivered by the Prize Patrol. I told him it was too late to go to the bank then but I would try to do it Saturday morning. Mr. Maxwell called back on Saturday to ask if I had opened the account, I told him I didn't have time and would try to do it early next week.  He called four times on Sunday but I didn't answer the phone and decided to call ScamPulse.com on Monday.
