Contacted by phone saying I had won from PCH the sum of 2.5 million dollars. That they had attempted to contact me but were unable to reach me. They are calling me back with some more information. They did give me a number. Said that I was randomly selected they had information that was true and asked for the last 4 numbers of my social security number

I was left a voice message on my cell phone from Publishers Clearing House, the man gave his name and I called the phone number he mentioned. He said he would email me a document with the what would be expected of me in order from me to receive the prize winnings. He said he would call back after he emailed me the document, but has not done so this far.

I can forward the email to you in-order for you to take further actions
