Mr John Hawking called me on the evening of January 5 claiming to be published clearing house, trying to get me to go and buy two vanilla Visa cards but I didn’t do it I have his number 770-770-3676

A guy called saying he was from publishers clearing house saying we won 4.4million and a new car. His name was dave sawyer. He wanted a 500 dollar vanilla visa card. We then hung up and he called back several times, b I t we continued to hang up.

The scammer said I have won the lottery and then recanted his words on another day and said publishers clearing house.He said that I needed to go to Walmart,CVS,Or Walgreens and purchased 5 Vanilla Gift Cards at 500 dollars per card but told me to retain the receipts/and or send the information off of the cards Or send them in.

A gentleman Named Bob Lowe, called said I had won 3.5 million dollars, gave me all the codes I needed to give the people that were coming to my house to give me a check and a 2022 car then transfer me to a tax person who wanted me to go to a walmart or walgreens and pickup a gift pack card so i could register the prize I was receiving. That's when i told them I was going to check with the ScamPulse.com to make sure it was true and hung up.

Paul called and said I had won $2,500,000, a new car and $6000.00/month for life. He asked that I go to WalMart and purchase a $500 Claim Card Secured Send, which I was to present to him along with my drivers license to claim my prizes. He said he would call me back within the hour. At that time I called ScamPulse.com in Augusta Georgia, they told me it was a scam and to report it to this sight. Paul claimed he was with Publishers Clearing House.

I was told to go downtown and get a Vanilla Gift Card for $499 and call them with the numbers. So I was told the tax due was $4,444 but all I had to pay was $499.
