Someone claiming to work with Publishers Clearing House called me and said I won $5.1 million dollars and a new car. They told me I did not have to pay taxes on my prize because I am on disability. They asked for my banking account and routing numbers, my social security number, where I was born, my mother's maiden name, and how much money I get a month from disability.
