The caller claimed to be with PCH, provided names, badge numbers, confirmation numbers, etc. Seems very legit. could tell I was hesitant but was very reassuring, and was told all money was refundable. After I sent the money I started asking more questions and he got upset with me went to cancel the M.O. and it was already picked up. Asked for the confirmation number for the refund and he hung up.
