A gentleman by the name of David Shelby contacted the consumer letting him know that he won $ 150,000. but he had to send 295.00 wire transfer from Walmart to cover the fee for the Truck he won so he had to pay the taxes in order to bring the truck to the United States. He is the third one that has gone into Walmart to inquire about this and knows that he is not the only one. The consumer had three options to receive his money the first option they would come to his house with all the fanfare, the second option was picking it up in Las Vegas 303 Carson St., the third option is having no fanfare with the code and receipt from Walmart. Then once they have confirmed they received the money in Texas then they can proceed into negotiating how the money will be delivered.
