This company inserted a web page onto my computer stating that my computer had a virus, and to call this computer service to get it removed. Upon calling, they claim that my computer had a virus and they needed to gain control to scan the computer. (stupidly) I allowed them to scan my computer, where before they could finish, I needed to pay 199,99 dollars to finish. Before they would finish, they tried very hard to sell anti-Spyware/Malware totally over 250 dollars, totally the bill to over 450 bucks. I declined the spyware/malware. Upon releasing my computer, I did some research and realized I was scammed. next day contacted my Bank to cancel Credit Card and stop payment on this scam. Now they are calling me day and night to find out how I viewed the service......Which sucks!
