I sent 2 orders for numerous items from a close out sale of Bath and Body and Beyond, the 1st being 4 chairs, I received an e-mail that they were coming and then 1 that said delivered. I received a cloth slight constricting knee brace for an extra large, an it em I did not order, correspondence with them they said send a pic of the item and tracking # which I did, now they want me to return the item and they will refund part of my money or if I give the item to someone else instead and they will refund 40% of my money.
