I was contacted at my place of business through psychology today where I later received an email that the phone number 903598-7452 located me through this therapist and professional marketing site. He stated his name was officer mike miller with the sheriff's department and that was I aware that there were several warrants out for my arrest for not appearing in federal court for a jury summons. I asked for verification of his badge number and he gave me the badge number 1049. He went over the laws and kept putting me on hold and having me repeat my name date and information he had given me back to him.

He asked me questions about whether I received the summons in the mail and known that I had a june 8 summons. I had gone to jury duty in the fall had been exempted and then forgotten about a jury appearance for a later date which I had gone up to the courthouse that day and gotten it cleared up so I thought that this could actually be something that was true from my missing that jury date before.

He proceeded to have me write down all my counts listing three counts I was being charged with and the classes and numbers associated with each charge. He had me repeat these back. He asked me if I would be abe to clear my schedule for the day to come down to the sheriffs office to take care of this before having them arrest me at my place of business.

He told me I was under a federal gag order and could not talk to anyone about the warrants until they were lifted. He then asked for my cell phone number and stated that I needed to get in my car and head to the sheriffs office.

Before I left he went over that he needed to clear my license before I could head out of the parking lot and asked for my license plate number and make and model of my car. He then told me to write down on a piece of paper the charges and the amount of each charge. As I headed out of the parking lot on the way to the "sheriffs office" he told me that there would be fines connected with the counts and went over all three counts and the fines connected equaling over 4,400.00 roughly. I began to become suspicious at this point he gave me a location that ended up being on gentry the freds abandoned store. This is when i knew this was a scam and headed to the sheriffs office where I contacted them to ask if they had an officer and badge number there which they replied no.
