He told me my life was cursed and ask for first payment of $1500 he told me $1000 would be returned. Then he told me he was unable to complete the work. He asked for $2400 and it would be returned. Then he asked for $500. Then another $500 which I didn't send. I told him I no longer wanted to continue and asked for the money to be returned. I gave him my PO Box but never received the check. We spoke and text for another month he continued to ask for $500

And once told no he kept saying he would send a check. My last conversation I told him I'm sick of the situation send the money he threatened me and told me he will send the devil after me and he will make me go crazy and die. I filed a police report against him and disputed charged with my back at this time not sure if back will return funds.
