I got your resume for the job opening of Personal Assistant in your area as posted in indeed, i would love to meet up with you to talk about this job but am currently away on business trip so there will be no interview until I'm back in Mid October. I will Prepay you in advance to do my shopping and also have my mails and packages forwarded to your address, if you will be unable to stay at your house to get my mails i can have it shipped to a post office near you and then you can pick it up at your convenience. When you get my mails or packages you are required to mail them to where I want them mailed to if necessary, you don't have to put money out of your pocket all you have to do is have packages shipped to your house and do my shopping. You are allowed to open the packages to reveal its content which basically the content of the packages are Office items (computer and electronics, business and personal letters). All expenses and taxes will be covered by me and you will work between 15 and 20 hrs a month, how much will you charge per week? I will pay $900.00. per week that is not a bad offer is it? I need your service because i am constantly out of town, i work in Logistics and i manage PSI LOGISTIC COMPANY. I will return to my CA Office in Mid October, 2015 so this process will be going on till i get back in October, if you don't mind, i will meet up with you when i return and then we can talk about the possibility of making this long term.
Well let me know if you are able to handle the position, i will email you the list and pictures of what to shop for when i am ready and no heavy packages is involved. You can do the shopping at any nearest store to you which you will be shopping for Office items like Electronics, office materials and printer inks, i will provide you my personal UPS account number for Shipping . All you have to do is provide my account number to UPS and shipping charges will be applied into the account, i will provide clear set of instructions for each task i need done as well the funds to cover them.
Requirements and Qualifications
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act on behalf of the CEO in terms of vision and professionalism
Detailed-oriented, organized and exceptional planning skills
Ability to manage calmly and effectively in high stress situations including emergency travel requests
Be available at least two hours in a day including weekends to assist the CEO, usually with last minute travel requests
Wiling to adapt to a fast pace schedule
Passion for and basic knowledge about Personal Assistant
