I made a purchase December 17th, 2020. I have been unable to track my order or cancel my payment after investing further into this scam site. How do I get my money back?

My wife asked me if 99 dollars was a good deal for a ps4 pro and We both agreed and bought it from the site, however after about 5 minutes of thinking about it I decided to research the website she was on. I didn't think to ask or even look at it being the day after thanksgiving and we were all tired and kind of out of it. When I researched the website its run by the " The Official Shop " and "bestdresssale" which are both know scammer sites ion the past. We immediately called them to cancel the purchase but like we thoughtthe phone number is disconnected and the email is a dead end. we have contacted our bank and they have froze the sale and are doing an investigation. We haven't received anything except an email stating we made a purchase with no delivery times. They said on the website that at anytime within the first 24 hours you can cancel your order. Hard to do that when there is no way to contact the seller. We at the moment are out of $99 but we expect the money to be refunded. I just wanted to warn everyone.
