Received a call from Kevin Roldan 866-217-1697 at Prudential Realty Group in regards to sale of Cancun Time share, They had interested party and Grand Grand Central Title ( Cara Taylor) 866-219-0379 was the escrow officer that forward the escrow agreement, title insurance, wire instruction and tax Id form for me to fill out. All information was sent back as well as the 16% SAT tax was paid , all thru the process I was sent statement of account for escrow account set up with Santander in Mexico at which point a bond need to be paid once the account was to disburse as Santander suspected fraud and no longer wanted to hold the funds but instead transfer to BBVA which did the same and now the funds are released to Grand Central Title as they were the only ones in contact with the Mexican banks
