On May 10, 2020, I searched the Web for a teacup Pomeranian puppy for my daughter's birthday and after the Google search Prudence Pomeranian Puppies was the first site on the list. After contacting them via email I sent a deposit of $200 for the reservation of the puppy. A few days later on May 15, I made the final payment of $400, therefore a total of $600 was sent via CashApp. Later in the day I got an email with a tracking number and other details from AirPets America concerning shipping and delivery. The next day after the tracking stated pending, I contacted the seller to find out why. The seller explained that the federal government sent in a team to clean and disinfect the facility where the puppy is being held. On May 17, after still not receiving the delivery I requested a refund and the seller refunded the $200 reservation fee. They continued to reassure me that the puppy was still being shipped. I checked tracking often and then I received another email explaining that due to hot temperatures a refrigerated crate was needed for the puppy to continue traveling and a deposit of $725 to cover the rent for the crate. I got a little concerned and then I contacted the seller to confirm the information. I was told that this was not a scam and that everything is legitimate. Then, the seller offered to pay a portion of the deposit in a total of $300. The tracking then changed to in transit with a delivery date of May 18 at 4:00pm. The tracking continues to have this information. I have since requested a full refund via CashApp and both refunds were denied now I must file a claim with the financial institution because I have lost a total of $825 and also my daughter is very sad that she will not be able to get the puppy she wanted. Please help with this I am a letter Carrier in my city and I work very hard I am also a single mom of 4.

I was looking for online breeders of teacup pomperanian puppies, and i found a breeder that stated he sells the puppies for less than what others over capitalize puppies for on www.frankpompups.net which shows Teacup Pomeranian Puppies. I filled out an online form, and asked if any of their puppies where available. Within 24 hours I received a text to my cell phone asking if i was still interested in a puppy by a Vera, and I replied and said yes and asked which puppies are available. She sent me a link to the available dogs www.prudencepomeranianpuppies.com and let me know they are available for $450 and I said where are you located and they did not answer so i was reading this website they mention they are in virginia and i said how will this dog come to me as I cannot travel to you and they said that they can have delivery to me to my home if i cannot make it to the nearest airport.I said i would pay for delivery to my home here in Bethpage and hence agreed for the delivery they then asked for payment either by Zelle or Cash pp?? i said i had Zelle and they gave me the name of payment to be made to a [email protected] whos name when processing came up as Nora and then i proceeded to still check out and pay for the dog and then they asked for copies of my receipt and i printed a copy not give them any reference to my bank accounts and then waited for this bill of payment which i was advised will be sent tonight, something did not sit right after 3 hours of no contact or emails i started to look up scams and low and behold this man www.frankpompups.net is on a dog scam site and hence i am now devastated that the puppy my daughter and i were excited to receive is a scam and i have lost my money. I rang chase and have to call claims in the morning to try and find a way to recoupe my $600 how can these people do such. I even rang the number at 10.30 at night to only get a muzzled voice acting like he could not hear me on the phone and then he hung up and sent a message my bill of sale will be in my hands in the mornig - which now i discovered this is all a scam everything about it is a scam could someone please step in and help
