Provincial smart home services has scammed me and I want to warn others.” And report these people. They have a void check and I’m worried that they could charge me a ‘equipment removal fee’. As I discovered this was all a scam while the installers were installing the tankless.(by the way the I stalkers which was a third party company is all a part of this scam. Harry even told me to give the void check to the installers and I said no. I Could not get ahold of our sales rep Harry for a copy of the cancellation policy and to schedule removal. I had to call head office the next day to get the tankless removed. They post fake reviews everywhere and tell people that have negative reviews that they can’t find their information in their system or that they can’t get ahold of them. I I’ve contacted head office to get the cancellation policy 3 times and never received a call back. I’m worried because they have a void check.
