My wheelchair needed a small piece repaired & it's been 30 days since I place it in service. Every time I call they promise to deliver the chair but faulter upon my request. I have called 20 times. They won't answer. We talked to them earlier And they claim there is no corporate number. They didn't give us a manager number either. They ignore my calls, by recognizing the my number & # of calls. Because I said I want to file a complaint because I am very disabled and I believe PSP really messed up and Probably misplaced or gave my equipment away or never fixed it. I am helpless and there is no one to contact because this company is a subcontracted company from the government with no record or any human resources department.
