Purchased a car with warranty. Had an issue with the car and took to mechanic. Dealership had not informed of warranty. Had work done and upon reaching Dealership received information to file claim. Agents are making their own narrative to say issue pre existing. Well, we didn't know when we bought car. They will not pay.
