On 12/08/2020, recieved text message for a pre-approved loan from Prosper funding LLC (Prosper). Responded to offer, Prosper relayed in order to verify my ID and legitimate bank account number needed to make a deposit into account, and then instructed me to return that deposit via my account debit card. Prosper, through impersonation, requested my bank institution to reverse prior debit card transactions I had made. Once reversed, those transactions were deposited back into my bank account. Prosper contacted me that they had completed the deposits into my bank account and I was directed to forward the monies to Banxa via a Bitcoin transfer. I was unaware, and did not authorize, the reversal requests on my prior debit card transactions! Only until a couple of days later did I notice the reversal on my bank statement and contacted my financial institution. I was threatened by text message on 12/12/2020, and have been harassed by receiving several phone calls.
